Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center’s Physical Rehabilitation Services Department is pleased to welcome Physical Therapist Trevor Johnson. Johnson will be providing physical therapy services at our Canton Health Center, 39 West Main Street, Canton, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Johnson is Heuvelton native returning to the North Country succeeding a career as a traveling physical therapist. As a former athlete of Heuvelton Central School, Johnson has a particular interest in sports medicine rehabilitation and improvement, with a specific interest in baseball pitchers and golfers. Johnson brings a wide variety of experience back to the area from his time traveling that he integrates into his patients’ individualized treatment plans. A physician referral is required.
