Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center’s Wellness Center to Host Holiday Wellness Event for Families

On December 13, 2018, from 4:30 to 8:00 p.m. Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center’s Wellness Center staff will host a family holiday celebration in the Medical Center’s Hess Auditorium. The holiday-themed event will include a visit from Santa Clause, and illusionist, Christmas cookie decorating, and holiday treats for all. All are welcome to attend. Kim McKnight, Director of Behavioral Health Services at Claxton-Hepburn stated, “We are offering this event to provide an opportunity for the community to meet our Wellness Center providers, make referrals, and gain insight and awareness to stop the stigma of mental health wellness and treatment.” She continued, “We will be providing quarterly events like this one as a part of our community engagement initiative.” For more information about the event, contact the Wellness Center at 315-713-5720. Your tomorrow is worth defending.
