Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center its new employee recognition program, “Claxton Defenders,” shows that these are excellent characteristics in employees to ensure the best care is provided to patients. The following awards were made during a recent awards ceremony.

The employee recognized as a Renegade was Michael Wheeler, lead mechanic, and supervisor of the facilities management department. Mike has been employed at Claxton-Hepburn since 1991. Mike is a very knowledgeable, dedicated, hardworking teammate who is committed to the Medical Center and our customers.
