Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center Recognizes Central Sterile Staff

Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center is joining the International Central Sterile Week to recognize our central sterile team. A central sterile processing technician is a medical professional who specializes in stocking, sterilizing, packaging, and preparing the tools and equipment that are used in surgical procedures. They are the foundation of the operating room. Claxton-Hepburn is proud to tout that we have an incredible central sterile group who assure proper processing and functionality of all our surgical instrumentation and are tremendously appreciated and respected the other members of the surgical team.
