Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center Hosting Community Bereavement Support Group

Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center’s Palliative Care Services has established a follow-up support group for people who are struggling over the loss of a loved one. Bereavement support groups can decrease feelings of isolation and loneliness and provide a safe space to process feelings of grief and loss. The Community Bereavement Support group will meet on the second Thursday of each month. The next meeting is on November 14, from 5 to 7:00 p.m. in the Medical Center’s Hess Auditorium.
