Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center’s Pedersen Earns Certification

Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center is pleased to announce that Jordan Pedersen, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT, Cert. MDT, a member of the Medical Center’s Rehab Services department, has earned certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT). Pedersen received the certification through the McKenzie Institute and is the only physical therapist in St. Lawrence County to hold this prestigious certification in MDT. MDT is a scientifically proven assessment process that will identify the best treatment solution for back, neck, and extremity problems. Pedersen has also recently completed Level 1 Credentialed Clinical Instructor course from the American Physical Therapy Association. Pedersen is shown in the photo.
